All other terms and conditions remain unchanged Intent: The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Walla Walla District, is seeking a Contractor to provide routine and nonroutine maintenance to elevators at Little Goose Lock and Dam (LGA) in accordance with the Performance Work Statement (PWS), manufacturer’s instructions, ASME A17.1, ASME A17.2, and applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations, as well as State standards. Period of Performance: Base year: June 14, 2025 – June 13, 2026, Option Year One: June14, 2026 – June 13, 2027 Option Year Two: June 14, 2027 – June 13, 2028 BASIS FOR AWARD The Government will award one contract resulting from this solicitation in accordance with FAR 13.106 to the responsible offeror meeting or exceeding all solicitation requirements and representing the best value based on the evaluation factors specified in 52.212-2 of this solictiation.
