This Presolicitation pertains to the HLD HVAC MAINTENANCE SERVICES in accordance with the Performance Work Statement for the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Walla Walla District. This will be a firm-fixed-price service contract. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this project is 811210 and the associated small business size standard is $34,000,000. The solicitation will be a Total Small Business Set Aside. This synopsis is not a request for quotes or proposals.
