This presolicitation pertains to the Dworshak Liquid Fertilizer in accordance with the attached Specification for the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Walla Walla District at Dworshak Dam. This will be a firm-fixed-price supply contract. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this project is 325311, and the associated small business size standard is 1,050 employees. The solicitation will be a Total Small Business Set Aside. This synopsis is not a request for quotes or proposals. This is a presolicitation notice that a solicitation has been scheduled to be released via https://sam.gov/ soon detailing requirements for the Dworshak Liquid Fertilizer.
