The purpose of this amendment is to revise the Performance Work Statement to exclude the cleaning of interior windows of the building on office doors and walls, except for the lobby's entry door and interior sliding door. All exterior windows, except for the atrium skylight, must be cleaned on the inside and outside. The PWS also includes the HQ building's total square footage in Technical Exhibit C. All other terms and conditions remain unchanged.

This will be a firm-fixed-price service contract. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this project is 561720, and the associated small business size standard is a maximum annual revenue of $22,500,000.
