The US Army Corps of Engineers, Walla Walla District is seeking sources to create and supply specific material to delivered to McNary Lock and Dam, Oregon. All items shall be delivered FOB Destination to McNary Lock and Dam, Oregon. The contractor shall be responsible for packing and shipping the components and in a manner that will ensure undamaged and complete arrival. This will be a firm-fixed-price supply purchase. The government expects to award a purchase order in early September 2023. We are considering the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this project to be NAICS 339991 (Gasket, Packing and Sealing Device Manufacturing) and the associated small business size standard is 500 employees. Some the Contractor will manufacture which are the 5” and 6” Overall Width (OAW) straight J-Bulb section seal components using their own seal molds and the others being the contractor will use McNary Lock and Dam specific seal molds. The Contractor shall also clean and preserve the surfaces of McNary’s molds for long term storage. See attached document.
