This Presolicitation pertains to manufacturing a transformer in accordance with the specifications for the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Walla Walla District. This will be a firm-fixed-price supply contract. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this project is 335311, Power, Distribution, and Specialty Transformer Manufacturing and the associated small business size standard is 800 employees. The solicitation will be a Total Small Business Set Aside. This synopsis is not a request for quotes or proposals. This is a pre-solicitation notice that a solicitation has been scheduled to be released via https://sam.gov/ soon detailing requirements for the Transformer.
