The US Army Corps of Engineers, Walla Walla District is issuing a solicitation for the purchase of two new merchandized Square D Model 6 Motor Control Centers (MCCs), one GCQ2 and one HCQ4, both commercial supplies, prepared in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation 12.6. The NAICS code applicable to this acquisition is 335314, with a Small Business Size Standard of 750 employees as determined by 13 CFR 121.104. Competition for this requirement is Set-Aside for Women Owned Small Business (WOSB). Offers received from other than WOSB offerors will not be considered. When available, the solicitation documents for this project W912EF23Q0082 will be provided via SAM https://www.sam.gov on or around 15 June 2023. Please do not submit a quote without the solicitation package that will be provided to industry by the Government as specified above. The solicitation will be a Request for Quote (RFQ). The official quotation due date will be contained in the solicitation and any solicitation amendments that may be issued. Full Technical Specifications will be provided during Solicitation. Within 14 calendar days from contract award, the Contractor must provide a design package to include design drawings and product data of the MCC for Government review to verify it meets the salient requirements of the specification. Government must acknowledge approval of design package prior to Contractor submitting final design to the factory for manufacturing. The successful bidder shall deliver two new merchandized Square D Model 6 Motor Control Centers (MCCs) to Dworshak Powerhouse in Ahsahka, Idaho NLT January 4, 2024.
