Solicitation Number: W912EF-23-Q-0059 Dworshak Dam Garbage Removal Services Notice Type: Pre-solicitation NAICS Code: 562111 – Solid Waste Collection PSC: S205 – Garbage Collection General: The US Army Corps of Engineers, Dworshak Project, Walla Walla District, has a routine, continuous requirement for Garbage Pickup at Corps-owned project and recreation sites. The Contractor shall provide dumpsters and sufficient equipment to pick up non-hazardous refuse from Dworshak Project, nearby recreation sites, and the Dent Acres Campground recreation area. This base plus four year contract will begin 1 May, 2023, and will continue until 30 April, 2028. Introduction: The Contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and non-personal services necessary to perform redstem ceanothus planting and protection as defined in this Performance Work Statement (PWS). The Contractor shall perform to the standards in this PWS. Purpose: The US Army Corps of Engineers, Dworshak Dam & Reservoir, desires to increase the abundance, quality, and availability of winter forage for the North Fork Clearwater River elk herd by planting and protecting additional shrubs in the Grandad Elk Mitigation Area. For this effort, the primary goal is to achieve maximum survivability of planted seedlings. This synopsis is not a Request for Quote (RFQ) under FAR PART 13 or Request for Proposals (RFP) under FAR PART 15. This announcement is for Information and planning purposes only and is not a commitment by the Government.
