Special Industry Equipment Synopsis: The US Army Corps of Engineers, Walla Walla District, Lower Monumental Dam (LMA) has a requirement to purchase of twenty-four (24) generator air coolers for Lower Monumental Powerhouse, twelve (12) for the family of generating units 1-3, and twelve (12) for the family of generating units 4-6. The installation of the air coolers will be performed by Lower Monumental Personnel. This synopsis is not a Request for Quote (RFQ) under FAR PART 13, Invitation for Bid (IFB) under FAR PART 14, or Request for Proposals (RFP) under FAR PART 15.
