Solicitation Number: W912EF-23-Q-0004 McNary Dam Elevator Maintenance Services Notice Type: Pre-solicitation NAICS Code: 811310 – Commercial and Industrial Machinery and Equipment Repair and Maintenance FSC: Z2PZ - Repair or Alteration of Other Non-building Facilities Synopsis: US Army Corps of Engineers plans to solicit a requirement for non-personal services contract to provide full maintenance services, repairs, inspections, and safety testing of all elevators at MNA Lock and Dam (MNA) Umatilla, OR. The Contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, tools, transportation, materials, supervision, and other items to perform monthly routine maintenance services, non-routine services, and emergency services as needed. This synopsis is not a Request for Quote (RFQ) under FAR PART 13 or Request for Proposals (RFP) under FAR PART 15. This announcement is for Information and planning purposes only and is not a commitment by the Government. Planned Announcement: RFQ number W912EF-23-Q-0004 will be issued on or before the 30 December 2022. Closing Response Date: Approximately 15 days or less from the date the solicitation is issued.
