SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE McNary Dam Fabricated Hatch Covers CONTROL #: W912EF-22-R-SS26 NAICS: 332312 PSC: 9999 The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, is seeking input or Vendors who can perform metal fabrication for One (1) 4A VBS Hatch Cover assembly, Mounting Hardware, and Support Beam supplied to McNary Dam. This is not a Solicitation or a Request for Quote (RFQ), this is only for informational purposes only. The Government anticipates advertising a Solicitation for this in the future for the below requirement: FABRICATION OF VBS HATCH COVER ASSEMBLY The Contractor shall manufacture ONE (1) 4A Hatch Cover assembly. VBS Hatch Cover Manufacturing Manufacture ONE (1) hatch cover per drawings S-401. All concrete shall meet specifications 03 40 00.00 28 PRECAST CONCRETE. All steel shall meet specifications 05 05 23.00 28 STRUCTURAL STEEL, METALWORK FABRICATION, AND WELDING. VBS Structural Support Assembly Manufacture ONE (1) hatch cover support assembly per drawing S-402 All steel shall meet specifications 05 05 23.00 28 STRUCTURAL STEEL, METALWORK FABRICATION, AND WELDING. VBS Hardware package Supply ONE (1) set of any hardware needed for the VBS hatch cover and structural support assembly. All hardware shall meet specifications 03 40 00.00 28 PRECAST CONCRETE. All hardware shall meet specifications 05 05 23.00 28 STRUCTURAL STEEL, METALWORK FABRICATION, AND WELDING. The estimated Period of Performance will be 14 weeks for complete fabrication, assembly and delivery. REQUEST INPUT: The Government seeks input from interested companies to better understand socio-economic capability, market considerations, and help inform acquisition planning.
