The work is located at Lower Granite Dam in Pomeroy, WA. This will be a firm-fixed price contract. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 561720 Janitorial Services and the associated small business size standard is $19.5 million. Anticipated contract award May 2022. This sources-sought announcement is a tool to identify small businesses with the capability to accomplish the work. This is not a solicitation. Only firms who respond to this announcement by submitting the following information will be used in determining whether to set aside this requirement. Please do not respond to this notice unless you intend to respond to the solicitation. Summary Scope of Work: The scope includes mopping, buffing, stripping, waxing and/or sealing, vacuuming, spot cleaning and steam cleaning various flooring and floor covering materials including those on stairways and landings. Surface dusting, cleaning of windows and window coverings, upholstery cleaning, cleaning of restroom facilities and fixtures, cleaning of lunchroom and kitchen appliances, fixtures and facilities and trash removal.
