The US Army Corps of Engineers, Walla Walla District is seeking sources to provide district wide Laboratory Testing services. The Corps anticipates the issuance of National Pollution Discharge Elimination System (NPDES) permits by the EPA for McNary Project, Ice Harbor Project, Lower Monumental Project, Little Goose Project, & Lower Granite Project. To ensure the protection of water quality and human health, these permits place limits on the types and amounts of pollutants that can be discharged from the facilities and require routine monitoring of discharge points. The Corps is seeking a certified laboratory for analytical services to demonstrate compliance with NPDES permit limits. Corps personnel will conduct all sampling, packaging, and delivery of samples to laboratories. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this project is 541380 and the associated small business size standard is $16,500,000.00. This is not a solicitation. This sources-sought announcement is a tool to identify businesses with the capability to accomplish the work. Firms who respond to this announcement by submitting the following information will be used in determining their capability.
