The following specifications pertain to the mowers for use at Tri Rivers Natural Resources, Burbank, Washington. The contractor shall deliver, unload, set up the mower operation and insure that all fluids are filed to their maximum operating levels. The contractor shall be responsible for packing and shipping the components in a manner that will ensure undamaged and complete arrival to Pasco Maintenance Shop. Shipments are received only during normal business hours Monday-Thursday 6:30AM - 5PM, excluding holidays. The manuals shall include instructions on the operation, maintenance, repair, troubleshooting, warranty, and a list of recommended spare parts.
