The US Army Corps of Engineers, Walla Walla District is issuing a Request for Quotations for the purchase of fill gravel, to include 2 ½” – ¼” Evans Road Cap Rock and 8”-1 ½” Evans Road Streambed Rock to Swallows Park, WA-129, Clarkston, WA 99403 in accordance with FAR 12.6. The NAICS code applicable to this acquisition is 212321, with a Small Business Size Standard of 500 employees as determined by 13 CFR 121.104. Competition for this requirement is Set-Aside for small business. Quotes received from other than small business will not be considered. When available, the solicitation documents for this project will be provided via SAM https://www.sam.gov on or around 10 September 2021. Please do not submit a quote without the solicitation package that will be provided to industry by the Government as specified above. The solicitation will be a Request for Quote (RFQ). The official quotation due date will be contained in the solicitation and any solicitation amendments that may be issued. SCOPE OF WORK Contractor shall supply and deliver 2800 tons of 2 ½” – ¼” Evans Road Cap Rock (CLIN 0001) and 17592 tons of 8”-1 ½” Evans Road Streambed Rock (CLIN 0002) to Swallows Park Beach, WA-129, Clarkston, WA 99403.
