Solicitation and maps not included. Will be posted by COB 01 Feb 2021. The US Army Corps of Engineers, Walla Walla District is issuing a solicitation for Walla Walla District, for treatment of noxious and pest weeds on U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (COE) owned lands around Dworshak Dam and Reservoir (Dworshak Project), prepared in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation Part 13. The NAICS code applicable to this acquisition is 561730 with a Small Business Size Standard of $8 Million as determined by 13 CFR 121.104. Competition for this solicitation is set-aside for small business. Solicitation number W912EF21Q0041 will be posted to Federal Business Opportunities (FBO) website, https://ww.fbo.gov, on or about 01 February 2021. The official proposal due date will be contained in the solicitation and any solicitation amendments that may be used. The Contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, personal protective equipment (PPE), supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and non-personal services necessary to perform chemical and mechanical treatment of noxious and pest weeds.
