This presolicitation pertains to the supply and delivery of ESBS Pins, Bearings, and Drive Shaft Components for the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Walla Walla District at Lower Granite Dam, Pomeroy, Washington. This will be a firm-fixed-price supply contract. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this project is 332919 and the associated small business size standard is 750 employees. The solicitation will be Total Small Business Set Aside. The successful bidder shall be required to acquire all materials as necessary and fabricate all of the parts in accordance with the specifications and drawings which will be provided with the solicitation. The successful bidder shall be required to supply the parts as specified in the requirements and deliver the parts to Lower Granite Lock and Dam as described in section Shipment and Delivery in the specifications. This contract will contain optional (additional) bid quantities per item to be awarded at the governments’ discretion. Optional bid quantity increase may be exercised between the contract award date and September 30th, 2020. Optional bid quantities will have an additional or extended delivery deadline of 20 weeks from the date of written request.
