This presolicitation pertains to Elevator Maintenance Services for the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Walla Walla District, Lower Monumental Dam, Kahlotus, WA. This will be a firm-fixed service contract. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this project is 238290. The solicitation is being offered to the quoting community as full and open competition. This is a non-personal services contract to provide full maintenance services, repairs, inspections and safety testing of all elevators at Lower Monumental Lock and Dam, Kahlotus, WA. The Contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, tools, transportation, materials, supervision and other items to perform monthly routine maintenance services, emergency and non-routine services as needed. The contractor shall inspect, maintain and repair four (4) elevators at Lower Monumnetal Lock and Dam to ensure maximum availability for safe use by Government personnel. This synopsis is not a request for quotes or proposals. This is a pre-solicitation notice that a solicitation has been scheduled to be release via beta.SAM.gov (https://beta.sam.gov/) soon detailing requirements for Elevator Maintenance Services.
