This Presolicitation pertains to the purchase of Headcover Oil Water Separator Pump/Motor Assemblies in accordance with the Technical Specifications for the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Walla Walla District at Ice Harbor Dam, Burbank, WA. This will be a firm-fixed-price supply contract. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this project is 333318 and the associated small business size standard is 1,000 employees. There is a manufacturer’s class waiver for this NAICS code. The solicitation will be a Total Small Business Set Aside in accordance with the Performance Work Statement. The successful bidder shall be required to fabricate/supply and deliver all equipment in the Bid Item List to Ice Harbor Lock and Dam by the date shown in the Section Shipment and Delivery. They shall also provide training, documentation, and other items as stated in the specifications. This synopsis is not a request for quotes or proposals.
