This Presolicitation pertains to the purchase of Headcover Oil Water Separator Pump/Motor Assemblies in accordance with the Technical Specifications for the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Walla Walla District at Ice Harbor Dam, Burbank, WA. This will be a firm-fixed-price supply contract. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this project is 333318 and the associated small business size standard is 1,000 employees. There is a manufacturer’s class waiver for this NAICS code. The solicitation will be a Total Small Business Set Aside in accordance with the Performance Work Statement. The successful bidder shall be required to fabricate/supply and deliver all equipment in the Bid Item List to Ice Harbor Lock and Dam by the date shown in the Section Shipment and Delivery.
