The US Army Corps of Engineers, Walla Walla District is issuing a solicitation for Elevator Maintenance for McNary Lock and Dam. The NAICS code applicable to this acquisition is 238290, with a Size Standard of $15 Million. Competition for this requirement is unrestricted. When available, the solicitation documents for this project W912EF20Q0085 will be provided via BETA.SAM.gov on or around June 22, 2020. Please do not submit a quote without the solicitation package that will be provided to industry by the Government. The solicitation will be a Request for Quote (RFQ). The official quote due date will be contained in the solicitation and any solicitation amendments that may be issued. SCOPE OF WORK The Contractor shall maintain elevators, equipment appurtenances, and accessories so as to comply with the requirements of the latest editions of the elevator codes. The Elevator Inspectior's Manual, ASME A17.2 shall be followed for required inspection and maintenance proedures to ensure safe operation of all elevators covered under this contract. The Contractor shall have a current State of Oregon Elevator Journeyman License. A site visit will be scheduled for all contractors interested in quoting on this project. The date/time and point of contact for this site visit will be in the solicitation.
