The US Army Corps of Engineers, Walla Walla District is issuing a solicitation for Portable Toilet & Cleaning Services, commercial services, prepared in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation Part 13.106. The NAICS code applicable to this acquisition is 562998, with a small business size of $8 Million as determined by 13 CFR 121.104. Competition for this requirement is restricted to small business firms. In accordance with FAR Part 13.003(b)(1), "Acquisitions of supplies or services that have an anticipated dollar value exceeding the micro-purchase threshold but not exceeding the simplified acquisition threshold are reserved exclusively for small business concerns and shall be set aside." When available, the solicitation documents for this project will be provided under solicitation W912EF20Q0037. The agency estimates that the solicitation will be available on or around 06 March 2020. Please do not submit an offer without the solicitation package that will be provided to industry by the Government. The solicitation will be a Request for Quote. The official quotation due date will be contained within the solicitation and any solicitation amendments that may be issued. Description of the Requirement: The Contractor shall furnish all necessary management, portable toilets, tools, labor, materials, equipment, and transportation to satisfactorily perform all work required by this contract in the manner and frequencies specified. The work shall include providing and maintaining portable toilets, pumping Vault toilets and septic tanks in the areas described. The Contractor shall be responsible for emptying and hauling the waste for disposal at approved disposal sites off of Government property. Areas are located in Franklin, Benton and Walla Walla Counties, Washington. The portable toilets will be maintained in a sanitary condition and present a clean, neat, and professional appearance. Period of Performance: Basic Year: 1 April 2020 (or date of award) through 31 March 2021 Option Year one: 1 April 2021 through 31 March 2022. Option year two: 1 April 2022 through 31 March 2023 Option year three: 1 April 2023 through 31 March 2024 Option year four: 1 April 2024 through 31 March 2025.
