For this requirement the successful offeror shall manufacture, supply, and deliver a thrust bearing oil cooler system. The thrust bearing oil cooler system consists of shell and tube type heat exchangers that use raw river water as a cold fluid to cool the oil for the generator thrust bearing. The Contractor shall manufacture, supply, and deliver thrust bearing oil cooler tube bundles, with tube sheets, for the shell and tube heat exchangers. The Government will install the system. The estimated period of performance is June 2020 – October 2020.
