This contract is for three (3) Basler Electric Digital Excitation ECM-2 Controller Retrofit Upgrade Kits and associated supporting software and hardware for use with brush-type synchronous generators in accordance with the Technical Specifications for the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Walla Walla District, at Lower Monumental Dam, Kahlotus, Washington. This equipment will upgrade the installed ECS2100 exciter controllers to DECS-2100 exciter controllers.
