The US Army Corps of Engineers, Walla Walla District is issuing a solicitation for pack-in/pack-out litter bags, commercial supplies, prepared in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation 12.6. The NAICS code applicable to this acquisition is 326111, with a Small Business Size Standard of 750 Employees as determined by 13 CFR 121.104. Competition for this requirement is Set-Aside for small business. Offers received from other than small business offerors will not be considered. When available, the solicitation documents for this project W912EF-19-Q-0068 will be provided via FedBizOpps.gov https://www.fbo.gov on or around April 26, 2019. Please do not submit a quote without the solicitation package that will be provided to industry by the Government. The solicitation will be a Request for Quote (RFQ). The official quotation due date will be contained in the solicitation and any solicitation amendments that may be issued. Contractor shall supply plastic litter bags in accordance with the specifications presented in the solicitation package. TEMPLATE: The printing plate template already exists for artwork and lettering. The actual rubber printing plate template will be sent to the selected Contractor (at the Government's expense) after contract award. The selected Contractor will be required to return the printing plate template to the Government (at the contractor's expense). An image of the template and existing bags are included as a separate attachment. Images of the templates are shown at the end of this document, as enclosures 1 and 2. QUANTITIES REQUIRED: Dworshak Dam: 10 rolls with 500 large bags (20" X 33") per roll. Mill Creek Dam: 10 rolls with 750 small bags (14" X 22") per roll. Lower Granite Dam: 36 rolls with 750 small bags (14" X 22") per roll Little Goose Dam: 36 rolls with 750 small bags (14" X 22") per roll Lower Monumental Dam: 16 rolls with 500 large bags (20" X 33") per roll Ice Harbor Dam: 25 rolls with 750 small bags (14" X 22") per roll. McNary Dam: 25 rolls with 750 small bags (14" X 22") per roll. Delivery shall occur within 35 days of contract award. All shipping addresses will be provided within the solicitation package.
