District locations include the Headquarters, McNary, Ice Harbor, Lower Monumental, Little Goose, Lower Granite, and Dworshak Dams, as well as Mill Creek Project. The proposed acquisition is set aside for small business concerns. The NAICS code applicable to this acquisition is 561730 with a Small Business Size Standard of $7,500,000 as determined by 13 CFR 121.104.
