This is a pre-solicitation notice for the supply, installation, and commissioning of new ductless heat pump systems at the Tech Section Office Building at Lower Monumental Lock & Dam. The contractor must remove and properly dispose of the old outdoor units and related components while leaving the existing indoor air handlers in place. All necessary adaptations to existing drain lines and electrical wiring for the new systems must be done at no additional cost to the government.
