Solicitation Number: W912EF-21-Q-0123 Notice Type: Pre-solicitation NAICS Code: 339991, Gasket, Packing and Sealing Device Manufacturing PSC: 4730 Synopsis: US Army Corps of Engineers plans to award a contract to purchase the purchase of three (3) sets of packing seals for McNary Dam’s main unit turbine blades. All of the turbines at McNary are 6-bladed vertical axis Kaplan turbines which means that six (6) seals will be required to completed one set. This synopsis is not an RFQ or Request for Proposals (RFP). This announcement is for Information and planning purposes only and is not a commitment by the Government. Planned Announcement: RFQ number W912EF-21-Q-0123 will be issued on or about the 6th of August 2021. Closing response date: approximately 30 days from the date the solicitation is issued.
