Total Small Business Set-Aside (FAR 19.5)

This is a solicitation for a firm-fixed price contract to purchase and deliver diesel fuel, oil, and lubricants on an as-needed basis for the TCPP at Fool River and HaHa pumping stations. The work is set aside 100% for small businesses. The required services will be performed at the specified pumping stations. The government intends to make a single award based on the evaluation factors outlined in the solicitation. Offers for partial delivery will not be accepted, and initial offers should contain the best pricing.
