Solicitation Number W912EE25QA026 is being issued as a request for quote (RFQ) with the intent to issue one Firm-Fixed Price Contract. This solicitation is being issued under a 100% Small Business Set Aside. The NAICS code for this procurement is 561210 - Facilities Support Services with a size standard of $47M. PSC for this requirement is S208, Housekeeping – Landscaping/Groundskeeping. This procurement is being conducted in accordance with regulations at FAR Part 12 – Acquisition of Commercial Items and FAR Part 13 – Simplified Acquisition Procedures. The USACE MVK has the continued responsibility for the management, labor, equipment, fuel, transportation, tools, supplies, and supervision necessary to ensure that litter pick-up, cleaning, mowing-trimming, janitorial, and herbicide application services are performed at the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers facilities located along the Ouachita/Black River in Arkansas and Louisiana. Contractor services will be performed in the following County/Parishes: Union County, Arkansas; Union, Ouachita, Morehouse, Caldwell, Catahoula, and Concordia Parishes, Louisiana. All work shall be completed in accordance with the Scope of Work. All Offerors shall submit a quote with content as specified herein. Quotes submitted without the specified content may be determined non-responsive and removed from further consideration.
