W912EE - The USACE Vicksburg District is seeking qualified and capable contractors with the capability to perform the scope of work indicated. The work to be performed under this contract consists of furnishing all plant, labor, materials, and equipment required for construction at Bayou Bodcau, Bossier Parish, Louisiana. Principal features of the work includes: mobilization and demobilization, partial demolition and alteration of the existing log building, construction of approximately 840 square feet log building addition and associated alterations and features, and demolition and alteration of existing paved asphalt and concrete area. The project has a completion period of 230 Calendar Days from the date of the Notice to Proceed. In accordance with FAR 36.204(f), the magnitude of construction for this project is between $500,000. and $1,000,000. The bids will be evaluated based on lowest price submitted. This is a pre-solicitation notice.
