Solicitation Number W912EE24Q0053 is being issued as a request for quote (RFQ) with the intent to issue one Firm-Fixed Price Contract. This solicitation is being issued under a 100% Small Business Set Aside. The NAICS code for this procurement is 811310, Commercial and Industrial machinery and Equipment (except Automotive and Electronic) Repair and Maintenance, with a small business size determination of $12,500,000.00 in annual revenue. This procurement is being conducted in accordance with regulations at FAR Part 12 – Acquisition of Commercial Items and FAR Part 13 – Simplified Acquisition Procedures. The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Vicksburg District, Mat Sinking Unit requires the rebuild of one 21 cubic inch Dynapower 880600 pump. The pump is used by the Mat Sinking Unit on Matboat 4801. The contractor shall be responsible for ensuring all services provided under this contract are in accordance with the scope of work and within the terms and conditions of the resultant contract. All Offerors shall submit a quote with content as specified herein. Quotes submitted without the specified content may be determined non-responsive and removed from further consideration.
