Solicitation Number W912EE23Q0051 is being issued as a request for quote (RFQ) with the intent to issue one Firm-Fixed Price Contract. This solicitation is being issued under a service-disabled veteran set aside. The NAICS code for this procurement is 811310 - Other Commercial and Industrial Machinery and Equipment Rental and Leasing; with a size standard of $12,500,000.00. This procurement is being conducted in accordance with regulations at FAR Part 12-Acquisition of Commercial Items and FAR Part 13-Simplified Acquisition Procedures. The M/V Harrison of the Revetment Branch in the USACE Vicksburg District requires the supply and install of 16 injectors for the M/V Harrison’s main engines. The injectors are due for replacement and need to be installed no later than June 27, 2025. Injectors shall be new or remanufactured Caterpillar parts. No aftermarket parts are allowed. Parts shall come with standard one-year Caterpillar warranty. The contractor shall assume possession of existing injectors cores so that USACE will receive core credit on parts purchase.
