Solicitation Number W912EE24Q0034 is being issued as a request for quote (RFQ) with the intent to issue one Firm-Fixed Price Contract. This solicitation is being issued under a 100% Small Business Set Aside. The NAICS code for this requirement is 621999 - All Other Miscellaneous Ambulatory Health Care Services, with a small business size standard of $20.5 million. This procurement is being conducted in accordance with regulations at FAR Part 12 – Acquisition of Commercial Items and FAR Part 13 – Simplified Acquisition Procedures. The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Vicksburg District, needs the services of a Mobile Audiology practice to give audiograms/hearing tests for up to 250 Mat Sinking Unit, Corps of Engineers employees on two separate occasions.The quote should consist of four (4) total service days for this upcoming season, with all testing being completed no later than 31 January 2025. All Offerors shall submit a quote with content as specified herein. Quotes submitted without the specified content may be determined non-responsive and removed from further consideration.
