Solicitation Number W912EE24Q0026 is being issued as a request for quote (RFQ) with the intent to issue one Firm-Fixed Price Contract. This solicitation is being issued under as an unrestricted requirement. The NAICS code for this requirement is 333310 - Commercial and Service Industry Machinery Manufacturing, with a small business size standard of 1,000 employees. This procurement is being conducted in accordance with regulations at FAR Part 12 – Acquisition of Commercial Items and FAR Part 13 – Simplified Acquisition Procedures. The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Vicksburg District, has a requirement for a contractor to supply multiple brand name Zeeweed parts and Straub parts for the O.B. Curtis Water Treatment Plant, located in Jackson, MS. All ZeeWeed components shall be manufactured by Veolia Water Technologies & Solutions. All Straub components shall be manufactured by Straub. All work shall be completed within 500 days of award. All Offerors shall submit a quote with content as specified herein. Quotes submitted without the specified content may be determined non-responsive and removed from further consideration.
