Solicitation Number W912EE24Q0016 is being issued as a request for quote (RFQ) with the intent to issue one Firm-Fixed Price Contract. This solicitation is being issued under a 100% Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business Set Aside. The NAICS code for this requirement is 335311 - Power, Distribution, and Specialty Transformer Manufacturing, with a small business size standard of 800 employees. This procurement is being conducted in accordance with regulations at FAR Part 12 – Acquisition of Commercial Items and FAR Part 13 – Simplified Acquisition Procedures. The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Vicksburg District, has a requirement for a contractor to supply and deliver transformers and electrical panel boxes to the Grenada Lake Project. The contractor shall be responsible for ensuring all products provided under this contract are in accordance with the terms and conditions of the contract and conform to the manufacturer’s specifications and industry standard practices. Delivery to be 120 days after award. All Offerors shall submit a quote with content as specified herein.
