Solicitation Number W912EE23Q0070 is being issued as a request for quote (RFQ) with the intent to issue one Firm-Fixed Price Contract. This solicitation is being issued under a 100% Small Business Set Aside. The NAICS code for this procurement is 562910 – Remediation Serviceds; with a size standard of $25,000,000.00. This procurement is being conducted in accordance with regulations at FAR Part 12 – Acquisition of Commercial Items and FAR Part 13 – Simplified Acquisition Procedures. The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Vicksburg District, has a requirement to provide lead safety coordination services while repairs are being completed on the mat sinking units mooring barge 7403. The Contractor shall furnish personnel, equipment and materials in support of the US Army Corps of Engineers while critical hull repairs are performed on the MVK Mooring Barge 7403. The barge was constructed in 1974, and interior surface coatings contain lead. Location for this work will be at the Ensley Engineer Yard located at 2915 Riverport Rd, Memphis TN. All work must be completed in accordance with the statement of work that was prepared for this requirement. All Offerors shall submit a quote with content as specified herein.
