Principle features of work include clearing and grubbing; excavation, backfill, pipe fill, embankment, and control of water; engineering fabric; stone protection; corrugated metal pipe; topsoil, fertilizing, seeding and mulching; lime treatment; welding; concrete work; storm water pollution prevention; and environmental protection. This procurement is a woman-owned small business set-aside. Pursuant to FAR19.1503 eligible bidders must be designated by the US Small Business Administration as a certified EDWOSB or WOSB concern. This was inadvertently change and placed back to it's original state.
