No other changes w ill be made.*** This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2022-07, effective 08/10/2022. Solicitation Number W912EE22Q0058 is being issued as a request for quote (RFQ) with the intent to issue one Firm-Fixed Price Contract. This solicitation is being issued under a 100% Small Business Set Aside. The NAICS code for this procurement is 561990, All Other Support Services, with a small business size determination of $14,500,000.00. This procurement is being conducted in accordance with regulations at FAR Part 12 – Acquisition of Commercial Items and FAR Part 13 – Simplified Acquisition Procedures. The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Vicksburg District, requires a contractor to provide all equipment, qualified personnel, supervision, and services to manage, operate, and perform on-site shredding of government documents. All work must be completed in accordance with the statement of work that was prepared for this requirement.
