This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2021-06, effective 07-12-2021. Solicitation Number W912EE22Q0056 is being issued as a request for quote (RFQ) with the intent to issue one Firm-Fixed Price Contract. This solicitation is being issued under a 100% Small Business Set Aside. The NAICS code for this procurement is 335999– All Other Miscellaneous Electrical Equipment and Component Manufacturing with a business size standard of 500 employees. This procurement is being conducted in accordance with regulations at FAR Part 12 – Acquisition of Commercial Items and FAR Part 13 – Simplified Acquisition Procedures. The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Vicksburg District, has an equipment supply requirement for USACE Vicksburg District in accordance with the attached specifications. Offerors shall not solicit advice or assistance from any Government employee pertaining to proposal preparation, scope, or content. Also, any advice or assistance provided by a Government employee pertaining to proposal preparation, scope or content shall not, in any way, be binding upon the Government.
