MARINE TRAFFIC CONTROLLER FOR 2022 MAT SINKING SEASON This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Quotes are being requested, solicitation W912EE22Q0049 is attached. Solicitation Number W912EE22Q0049 is being issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ) with the intent to issue two Firm-Fixed Price Contracts, using simplified acquisition procedures from this solicitation if determined to be in the government’s best interest. This solicitation is being issued as a 100% small business set-aside. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clause are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2022-05. The NAICS code for this procurement is 488330 Navigational Services to Shipping, with a size standard of $41,500,000.00. This procurement is being conducted in accordance with regulations at FAR Part 12 – Acquisition of Commercial Items and FAR Part 13 – Simplified Acquisition Procedures. The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Vicksburg District, has a requirement for a Marine Traffic Controllers for the 2022 Mat Sinking Season as specified in the attached solicitation W912EE22Q0049.
