This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2022-04, effective 01-30-2022. Solicitation Number W912EE-22-Q-0013 is being issued as a request for quote (RFQ) with the intent to issue one Firm-Fixed Price Contract. This solicitation is being issued under a 100% Women Owned Small Business Set Aside. The NAICS code for this procurement is 541990- All Other Professional, Scientific, and Technical Services; with a size standard of $16,500,000.00. This procurement is being conducted in accordance with regulations at FAR Part 12 – Acquisition of Commercial Items and FAR Part 13 – Simplified Acquisition Procedures. The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Vicksburg District, requires a contractor to provide all necessary labor, materials, supplies and equipment necessary to perform annual inspections on fire protection equipment to ensure the Mat Sinking Unit (MSU) complies as defined in the Scope of Work (SOW).
