This procurement is being conducted in accordance with regulations at FAR Part 12 – Acquisition of Commercial Items and FAR Part 13 – Simplified Acquisition Procedures. The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Vicksburg District, requires all plant, labor, equipment, materials, and supplies as needed to perform the complete repair of both the Left-Hand Propeller and Right-hand Propeller for the M/V Fred Lee.
