No other changes will be made.*** COLUMBIA LOCK AND DAM RELIEF WELL AUTOMATION This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2021-06, effective 07-12-2021. Solicitation Number W912EE21Q0074 is being issued as a request for quote (RFQ) with the intent to issue one Firm-Fixed Price Contract. This solicitation is being issued as an unrestricted requirement. The NAICS code for this procurement is 811219 - Other Electronic and Precision Equipment Repair and Maintenance; with a size standard of $22 million. This procurement is being conducted in accordance with regulations at FAR Part 12 – Acquisition of Commercial Items and FAR Part 13 – Simplified Acquisition Procedures. The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Vicksburg District, requires a contractor to provide all plant, labor, and equipment necessary to automate the operation of 9 relief wells located along the landside lock wall at Columbia Lock and Dam from the lock control room. All work should be completed according to the scope of work.
