No other changes will be made.*** UPGRADE OF BLAKELY BRIDGE CRANE CONTROLS This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2021-06, effective 07-12-2021. Solicitation Number W912EE21Q0073 is being issued as a request for quote (RFQ) with the intent to issue one Firm-Fixed Price Contract. This solicitation is being issued under a 100% Small Business Set Aside. The NAICS code for this procurement is 38210 - Electrical Contractors and Other Wiring Installation Contractors; with a size standard of $16,500,000.00. This procurement is being conducted in accordance with regulations at FAR Part 12 – Acquisition of Commercial Items and FAR Part 13 – Simplified Acquisition Procedures. The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Vicksburg District, requires all labor, tools, equipment, transportation, parts, materials, and other incidentals necessary for removal of all motors and cross conductors on crane, then install two festoon systems along with seven new function Variable Frequency Devices (VFD) panels. All work should be completed according to the scope of work.
