This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2021-06, effective 07-12-2021. Solicitation Number W912EE21Q0070 is being issued as a request for quote (RFQ) with the intent to issue one Firm-Fixed Price Contract. This solicitation is being issued under a 100% Small Business Set Aside. The NAICS code for this procurement is 532490 - Other Commercial and Industrial Machinery and Equipment Rental and Leasing; with a size standard of $35,000,000.00. This procurement is being conducted in accordance with regulations at FAR Part 12 – Acquisition of Commercial Items and FAR Part 13 – Simplified Acquisition Procedures. The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Vicksburg District, requires the rental of scaffolding and associated safety equipment, assembly of scaffolding and upon project completion disassembly of scaffolding. All work must be completed in accordance with the statement of work that was prepared for this requirement.
