THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR QUOTES. This sources sought is issued for the sole purpose of conducting market research in accordance with the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 10 to gain knowledge of interest, capabilities, and qualifications of all firms interested in participating in competing and performing a service contract for the MVK. The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) has maintained a series of dam and levee safety web applications to include the National Levee Database (NLD), Levee Screening Tool (LST), National Inventory of Dams (NID) and other Inundation Consequence analysis tools. These tools are deployed for both internal use on the DoD/Army environment and for public use. The objective of this sources sought is determine if there are a reasonable number of interested business sources capable of maintaining and updating existing systems as well as creating, deploying and managing new systems and tools as new requirements emerge. The Government is seeking to identify business sources under North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) 541511, Custom Computer Programming Services, with a small business size standard of $30,000,000.00. All interested, capable, qualified and responsive contractors are encouraged to reply to this Sources Sought.
