This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation Number W912EE20Q0052 is being issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ) with the intent to issue a Firm Fixed Price Contract. The solicitation document and incorporated provision and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 05-96. THIS PROCUREMENT IS BEING COMPETED AS 100% Small Business Set Aside. The NAICS code for this procurement is 324191, Petroleum Lubricating Oil and Grease Manufacturing; Size Standard, 750 Employees. This procurement is being conducted in accordance with regulations at FAR Part 12 – Acquisition of Commercial Items and FAR Part 13 – Simplified Acquisition Procedures. The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Vicksburg District, has a requirement to shall provide all labor, tools, equipment, transportation, parts, materials, and other incidentals necessary to furnish and deliver dyed diesel fuel as requested for MVK for the U.S. ARMY Corps of Engineers in accordance with the attached scope of work. Offers for less than the required delivery will not be accepted. The Government intends to award without discussions while reserving the right to hold discussions if determined advantageous to the Government.
