The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers- Vicksburg District, in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures, intends to award a sole source purchase order to the Oilgear Company, 1424 International Drive, Traverse City, MI, 49686 to provide all labor, equipment, and supplies to rebuild 2 Oilgear motors within the limits of the Vicksburg District Corps of Engineers in the States of Mississippi in accordance with the Scope of Work. The North American Industry Classification System Code (NAICS) for this requirement is 333999, All Other Miscellaneous General Purpose Machinery Manufacturing, the small business size standard determination is 500 employees. A copy of the Justification and Approval for Other Than Full and Open Competition is attached. This is not a Request for Quote (RFQ) and no solicitation is available for this procurement. Nevertheless, any firm or individual that believes it is capable of meeting the Vicksburg District’s requirements described herein may submit a capabilities statement; which, if received by 11:00 AM CST on 2 March 2020 , will be considered. Responses to this posting must be submitted via e-mail, no phone calls will be accepted. A determination not to compete the described purchase order based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Federal Government.
