Solicitation Number W912EE20Q0001 is being issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ) with the intent to issue one Firm-Fixed Price Contract, using simplified acquisition procedures, while reserving the right to make multiple awards from this solicitation if determined to be in the government's best interest. This solicitation is being solicited as 100% Small Business Set Aside. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-99. The NAICS code for this procurement is 488330-Navigational Service to Shipping with a size standard of $38,500,000 dollars. This procurement is being conducted in accordance with regulations at FAR Part 12-Acqusition of Commercial Items and FAR Part-13 Simplified Acquisition Procedures. The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers has a requirement to furnish one (1) Marine Traffic Controller in accordance with the attached scope of work found in Section C of the attached solicitation.
