This IFB will result in the award of one (1) Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) Construction contract. The set-aside for this procurement is Woman Owned Small Business. The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) Code is 237990 with a size standard of $39.5 Million. In accordance with FAR 36.204, the magnitude of this construction project is estimated to be between $1,000,000.00 and $5,000,000.00. The estimated period of performance for completion of construction is 285 calendar days from the Notice to Proceed. The Government intends to award without discussions, but reserves the right to conduct discussion should it be deemed in the Government's best interest. The bids will be evaluated based on lowest price submitted.
